Delivery Information & Returns Policy

We are offering Free Delivery, subject to a minimum order value of £95, to all UK Mainland postcodes.

Deliveries within the UK will be by Royal Mail or our courier partner, Absolutely. UK deliveries will be despatched within 2 working days from time the order was placed, applicable to orders placed before 11:00. Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is charged at the following rates:

Deliveries below the value of £95 will be charged at £11.95

Deliveries are usually made within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the order, unless a product is out of stock or only available to order, in which case you will be notified. Any breakages or errors in the delivery must be notified in writing to Coffee & Stuff within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to any opened packages of food items.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase date to the following address:

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are the prevailing prices at the time when the order is placed. Coffee & Stuff reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Payment for all goods must be made in advance of shipment using one of the payment methods accepted on the website. Carriage, if chargeable, will be added and shown separately at check-out.

Tax

The prices detailed on the website are excluding VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be charged at 20% and shown separately at check-out.
